1 Day Excursion from Marrakesh to the Ourika valley

At the foot of the Oukaimden ski, Ourika valley rises gently to the first hills of the High Atlas villages typical nesting. It is a pure and splendid place where silence “only disturbs” the singing of the birds, Brooks and laundresses. Ourika is famous for its pottery and its crystalline minerals.

 

1 Day Excursion from Marrakesh to Asni & Imlil Valley

Departure in the morning towards the High Atlas. We are located at the foot of the Toubkal, the highest mountain in Morocco and North Africa (more than 4500 meters), then we come to the small town of Tahanaout, It meets twice per week (Tuesday and Saturday) the farmers of the region for the great Souk. After the visit of the Gorges of Ghaghia Wadi, arrival in Asni: the country of the Amethyst (macrocristalina) and the Green Valley of Ouirgane which is also called the Valley of happiness.

 

1 Day Excursion  from Marrakech to Essaouira, 

Departure in the morning towards Essaouira with 3 hours of journey. Arrival in Essaouira or the old Mogador, a city that reminds us of the time when Spain, Portugal and England fought to control the coast. It has a typically Portuguese with beautiful examples of Arabic art port (where can you enjoy a fresh when it comes to eating seafood). Essaouira is known for its medina declared heritage of humanity by UNESCO, It is also known by its artists working yours (tree that produces good wood). In the afternoon, back to Marrakech, You can make a stop at the cooperative of Argan, oil world famous and much used in cosmetics.

 

1 Day Excursion  from Marrakech to Ouarzazate 

In the morning,departure towards Ouarzazate “the place where the noise is not understood”. You atravesaréis neck Tiz-in-Tichka (2260m), one of the highest points of the North Africa.You will discover a remarkable region characterized by the beauty of its different landscapes, and you will visit the Palace of the Glaoui “Kasbah of Talouet”. Then go to see La Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou, World Heritage site, a population full of symbolic castles where several films such as Gladiator and Lawrence of Arabia were filmed. Then you can visit the Kasbahs Taourirt and Tifoultoute, former residences of Glaoui (Old Pasha of Marrakech). After lunch return to Marrakech.

Leaving early towards the waterfalls of Ouzoud, located 160 km from Marrakech. You will enjoy a day under the beautiful waterfalls,where you can find water height of up to 60 meters high . In the afternoon we will return to Marrakech .

Morning departure towards Oukaimeden , to 74 kilometers from Marrakech, the highest skiing station in Africa . Its name comes from the Berber, that means meeting or crossroads of Knights. Their 2650 m elevation makes it a cold site, both in summer and in winter. In summer, the mountain is ideal for walks and excursions to discover the fauna and flora. Love to hikers in winter (where there is snow from December to mid-April), allowing you to enjoy the ski slopes.
