3 days Excursion From Ouarzazate To Desert Merzouga Morocco

Day 1: Ouarzazate – Merzouga ( the desert )

After breakfast we left for the Valley of the Draa, where you will see one of the rivers longer than Morocco. We will make stops to admire the enchanting Kasbahs in adobe and Berber villages dotting the route, and the wonders of the Valley of the Draa. After lunch at Alnif, We will reach the impressive dunes of Merzouga, where to take a tea thanks to the hospitality of its inhabitants, While we rested a little trip. After resting we stroll through the dunes to watch the sunset,and then we return to the Hotel .

Day 2: Desert tour 4×4, camel ride, night in the desert

After breakfast we will visit the oases that extend around the dunes of Erg Chebbi. Visiting the village of Khamlia and the deserted city of M ’ fis, discover small villages and houses inhabited in unexpected places, away from civilization. We will also visit nomads that there are and will take the you with them under their tents. At sunset, an optional excursion can be done on the backs of camels, inland from the sea of dunes, to witness a sunset difficult forget and spend a magical night in the heart of the desert, in nomad tents.

Day 3: Merzouga ( the desert ) – Ouarzazate

After seeing the sunrise in the dunes, We return to the Hotel in camels. After breakfast and shower at the hotel, exit through the town of Rissani, ancient Sijilmassa, ancient from the Sahara caravan supply centre. Continuing the trip by a semi desert landscape, We arrived at the oasis of Tinghir, possibly one of the most beautiful places in Morocco. Tracing the River Toldrà, We will reach its impressive gorges of more than 300 m, After a brief visit by the people ,We will take the route of the thousand Kasbahs, to reach the River Dadès gorges, where over time, the river has been eroding rocks, to form a unique landscape. We got to Ouarzazate, one of the cities most important of the Moroccan South, and known for its intense cinematographic activity, counting in his films as Gladiator, Trojan, The Mummy etc.  Dinner and accommodation in Riyad .
